Need help? OSX Yosemite is a large download (approx 5Gb). If you are using a pre-paid mobile broadband service or Mobile Broadband or Satellite service on a plan that only has a small download limit for the month you may not have enough download available to upgrade to Yosemite (or if you download using this type of internet service it will use up all of your available download leaving you with nothing for the remainder of the month). If this applies to you please give us a call on 4924 4000. Our friendly service staff will be happy to assist you with your upgrade. In most cases we should be able to complete the upgrade same day and we will do a general health check on your Mac while it is with us. There is a fee associated with this service - please call for more information.
