How does it work?
Work with us to build a plan for your organisation. Generally we’ll want to take a look at the systems you have in place now, evaluate the current risks and opportunities to improve, and listen to your current challenges and issues. Everything may be perfect, or you might need some work to get things tidied up
- We’ll formulate a plan and agree on the boundaries of what we’re responsible for, and what we’re not(for example, you might have a web designer looking after your web site)
- Then we plan and agree on any work needed to get you up to scratch
- Agree on 12, 24, or 36 month terms. The price goes down when the level of commitment goes up
- We complete the onboarding process so that we have your documentation perfect, your vendors on record, your website being monitored, and dozens of other details that we take care of
- Monitoring of your network, servers, desktops, website and other important systems commences
- Our helpdesk is now available to you via phone and email, and depending on our agreement, regular site visits begin on a schedule convenient for you
